2020 QuestBridge National College Match Program

Due: September 29, 2020

Award: Full four-year scholarship with no loans (worth approximately $220,000)

Criteria:  Assists high-achieving low-income seniors in gaining admission and full four-year scholarships to 35 leading colleges. Must demonstrate academic excellence and come from a household earning less than $65,000 annually (not a strict cut-off) for a typical family of four. Better Business Bureau Foundation Torch Awards Scholarship Essay 

Due: September 30, 2020

Amount: Five cash scholarships ($500-$1500)

Criteria: Juniors and Seniors eligible.  Essay theme “The Importance of Ethics and Integrity in our Community”.  Essay should be no longer than 400 words.

Bonsai Finance Veteran’s Scholarship

Due: September 30, 2020 

Amount: $1,000

Criteria: Must be a senior who is a U.S. citizen and a direct dependent of a veteran or active duty member of the U.S. Military Service.  Applicants will be judged on essay.

BBB Ethical Torch Essay Scholarship

Due: September 30, 2020

Amount: $500 – $1,500

Criteria: Open to high school students. Must write an essay on “The importance of Ethics and integrity in our Community” (no more than 400 words).

Circled In 

Due: September 30, 2020 

Amount: $2,500

Criteria: Open to all grades, 8th-12th. No income bracket requirements, no minimum GPA, and no lengthy essay to write. Just go to the website listed below and create a free Cirkled In account, apply to the scholarship, and increase your chances of winning by completing your portfolio. Students can use it for any educational need, such as college tuition (4 year, 2 year, or trade school), books and supplies, even transportation if necessary.

Shout it Out Scholarship

Due: September 30, 2020

Amount: $1,500

Criteria: Open to grades 9 – 12.  Must be a legal U.S. resident. Must submit an online response to the question: “If you could say one thing to the entire world at once, what would it be and why?” (250 words or less)

Strengthen Your College List Scholarship

Due: before October 2020

Amount: $500Criteria: Open to students who create a balanced list by updating their college list on Big Future to have at least 3 reach, 2 math, and 1 safety school  will earn a chance at t at $500 scholarship. The College Board will award 100 Strengthen scholarships every month from August through October 2020. 

Application: Sign in to College Board and create a balanced list with at least six colleges
