Transcript Requests for 9th-11th & Alumni

All transcript requests are processed through our registrar, Ms. Talia Brosz.
If you have any questions regarding a transcript request, please follow-up
with Ms. Brosz directly at 619-628-3627 or talia.brosz@sweetwaterschools.org

Alumni

• Former students: may submit request via the online Transcript Request Form
• Free for every official transcript
• 5 business days are needed to process official transcripts

UNOFFICIAL Transcripts

Parents and students will be able to generate the student Transcript via their portal accounts

1 https://campusportal.sweetwaterschools.org

2 Login with your user credentials

3 Click on More (Bottom left hand-side)

4 Click on the Transcript Report link under the Quick Links

5 Click Generate Transcript – Note: if there are multiple students in the family a dropdown menu will let you select among students to generate the transcript

6 To print click the Printer Icon
